So I’m actually really annoyed with my trainer today. We had a 1 pm appointment so obviously I had just eaten before I went. And my trainer goes, okay, let’s weigh you. When I told him I had just had lunch, he ignored me and led me over to the scale. So I get on, knowing its not going to be accurate and sure enough my weight showed I was four pounds heavier than my last weigh in....

Thanks to everyone for all your at home fitness suggestions. Just finished Level 1 of the 30DS, and it was a bit easy, but it definitely got my heart rate up. I’m all lovely and sweaty now. Deeelightful.

I just got a text message from my trainer saying the power in the gym has been out all afternoon because of the crazy wind we’ve been experiencing today, and he has to cancel because the gym is closing.
