Day 24: Lunch Report
Today’s lunch…salad. Super delicious, but I definitely need to replenish my turkey. I stole half a slice from a co-worker who was kind and offered it my way, but I have a feeling I’m going to be craving some major protein later.

Totally just walked at a brisk pace to get my bosses’ paychecks rather than take the golf cart like I usually would. It’s a little over a mile, and I walked it in 15 minutes. I weighed myself today, and kind of wish I hadn’t, haha. I’m choosing to believe there’s something wrong with my scale, since I’ve been at this for over three weeks now and the scale told me I was 156. That’s a pound more than my SW. That means that I gained 3 lbs. since last week. How is that even possible, especially given how well I’ve eaten this past week?...

But I forgot to bring more healthy snack foods to work this week. And lord only knows when my boss will decide it’s time to go home. Pilot season, you have been too crazy. Dnw. Not sure what to do. Thinking about going home and making dinner and taking a bath and washing away all the negativity from today and focus on being happier tomorrow.

Day 23: Lunch Report
I hoped lunch would make me feel better, but it didn’t. It was still delicious though. I forgot I used up all my turkey yesterday, so I had two slices of cheese and avocado instead. And a huge ass bottle of water, which means I’ll be peeing all damn afternoon, haha. Oh well. Yay hydration.
